Circulomics publishes a new paper in the Journal of the American Chemical Society entitled "Single Molecule Hydrodynamic Separation Allows Sensitive and Quantitative Analysis of DNA Conformation and Binding Interactions in Free Solution." The paper was published in conjunction with Dr. Tza-Huei Wang of Johns Hopkins University.
This technology underlies our PicoSep instrument and not only enables separation and quantification of single DNA molecules but also simultaneous determination of DNA conformation and binding interactions.
